Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes building codes and regulations.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Valid work visa for Portugal.
