Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management for Identity Solutions in Europe. You will define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Identity services across the EU, UK and Switzerland, ensuring compliance with eIDAS 2.0 and related frameworks while driving credential issuance, acceptance and trust services for digital wallets.

You will collaborate with regional and global teams, embed regulatory requirements by design, and steer the product from pilots through to commercial

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on product expertise in digital credentials, digital wallets and digital identity.
• Experience owning end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, requirements and pricing.
• Familiarity with European digital-identity regulation (eIDAS 2.0, EU Trust Framework).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and pricing for Identity services in Europe.
• Define requirements to deploy credential issuance, acceptance and trust services.
• Build and maintain Europe roadmap from pilots to commercial launch and scale.
• Embed regulatory compliance into the product by design.
• Collaborate with partners and regional/global teams to meet regulatory and market needs.
