The role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and technical delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to tailor customer solutions and accelerate revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Business Development and Account Management teams in building vertical plans and sales pipelines for digital and core acceptance solutions.
• Customize value narratives for clients to showcase product benefits.
• Engage with product teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
• Assist BD teams in customer-facing discussions to convey product value beyond BD scope.
• Help connect different core acceptance and digital products to deliver maximum customer value.
• Collaborate with CSC to create efficient processes and templates for BD operations.
• Partner with CSC to communicate product updates and channel feedback to product teams.
• Set up tracking structures for KPIs across MDE and assist leadership reporting.
