Mastercard Merchant Solutions Europe is seeking a Sales Specialist who combines commercial thinking with deep product knowledge to drive growth across the region. You will support sales engagements, prepare compelling proposals, and partner with Sales Directors, Product teams, and regional stakeholders to win opportunities.

This role requires a proactive, analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for payments and digital commerce.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales support, business development, or related roles.
• Understanding of payments, fintech, or digital commerce.
• Ability to prepare business cases and client proposals.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify and progress Merchant Solutions opportunities across Europe.
• Develop customer presentations, proposals and sales materials.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.
• Coordinate with Product, Pricing, Legal, Finance, and Implementation teams.
• Support pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting.
• Assist with RFPs and information requests.
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
