Emma - The Sleep Company is seeking a Regional Commercial Excellence Lead to steer Europe’s D2C growth. Define scalable structures, build playbooks, and collaborate with EU country teams to improve forecasting, budgeting, and P&L visibility across markets.

You will drive cross-country initiatives, ensure regional alignment, and empower local teams to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years in operations, strategy, or consulting, in e-commerce or performance-driven environments.
• Fluent English with strong communication in a distributed team.
• Autonomous, owns initiatives and can drive impact end-to-end.
• Ability to connect campaign mechanics with financial KPIs and supply constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive regional commercial excellence for Europe D2C.
• Partner with EU country teams on forecasting, budgeting and visibility.
• Monitor KPIs across markets and identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead cross-country initiatives for regional advantages and best practices.
• Build scalable systems and playbooks for local teams with regional alignment.
• Act as sparring partner to enable knowledge transfer and performance scaling.
• Lead strategic projects at the intersection of operations and commercial strategy.
