Emma - The Sleep Company is seeking a Senior Performance & Growth Manager to lead EU ecommerce marketing for the Dutch market. You will drive online strategy, manage the full marketing budget, and optimize channel mix across paid and CRM, collaborating with global and local teams to grow revenue and ROI.

You will lead a lean team, focus on data-driven decisions, and align pricing and promotions with business goals. Strong communication and English fluency are essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of marketing experience with strong performance focus.
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid channels (paid social, paid search, CRM).
• Owned or heavily influenced marketing budgets and explained revenue/ROI impact.
• Data-driven decision making with a commercial mindset.
• Proactive, assertive, and capable of challenging ideas to drive outcomes.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive online marketing strategy for the EU Ecommerce department and the Dutch market.
• Own the full marketing budget and channel mix, ensuring revenue growth and ROI.
• Lead a lean team and align with Country Manager, Business Development, and Global Marketing.
• Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel campaigns; reallocate budget by performance.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to test and scale initiatives.
• Monitor metrics (ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, contribution margin) and translate insights into improvements.
• Test new channels with structured experiments and scale successful ones.
