Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a passionate Team Lead Retail Operations to oversee and guide Store Managers across Portugal, Spain and the UK. In this pivotal role you will ensure store profitability, foster people development, and drive seamless operational processes to achieve outstanding sales performance and customer experience.

You bring 3–5 years in multi-store retail, strong people leadership, data-driven mindset, and fluent English.

• 3–5 years of relevant working experience in Retail or similar roles.
• Experience in multi-store retail operations or regional retail roles.
• People leadership experience, leading Store Managers or similar roles.
• Comfortable managing performance through others, not just directly.
• Structured, data-aware, and confident with KPIs and operational metrics.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without relying on hierarchy.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable in a scaling environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Store Managers across 3 markets (Portugal, Spain, UK) and drive store performance, engagement, and operational excellence.
• Drive retail performance across markets (sales, conversion, customer experience, cost efficiency) and implement action plans with Regional and Store Managers.
• Ensure retail standards and processes are clearly defined and consistently applied across stores.
• Act as a liaison between Retail Ops, HQ, and store leadership to ensure alignment.
• Support new store openings, ramp-ups, and stabilization phases from an operational leadership perspective.
• Track KPIs, analyze trends, and use data to inform discussions and priorities.

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Team Lead Retail Operations to oversee and guide Store Managers across 3 markets. In this pivotal role, you will ensure optimal store profitability, foster people development, and drive seamless operational processes to achieve outstanding sales performance and customer experience.

What are you looking for:

• Be responsible for our Store Management, team ensuring strong people leadership, clear priorities, and consistent execution across 8 stores in 3 markets (Portugal, Spain and UK)
• Directly manage Store Managers across UK locations and lead the Iberia Regional Manager to drive store performance, engagement, and operational excellence across all markets.
• Drive retail performance across markets (sales, conversion, customer experience, cost efficiency) and steer improvement actions together with Regional Managers and Store Managers
• Ensure retail standards, processes, and ways of working are clearly defined and consistently applied across stores
• Act as a key link between Retail Ops, HQ teams, and store leadership to ensure alignment and smooth execution
• Support new store openings, ramp-ups, and stabilization phases from an operational and leadership perspective
• Track KPIs, analyze trends, and use data to guide discussions, priorities, and decision-making
• Contribute to building a strong, scalable retail leadership culture focused on accountability, clarity, and customer experience

Who we´re looking for:

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Retail or similar roles.
• You have experience in multi-store retail operations or regional retail roles
• You have people leadership experience, ideally leading Team Leads, Area Managers, or similar roles
• You are comfortable managing performance through others, not just directly
• You’re structured, data-aware, and confident working with KPIs and operational metrics
• You work well cross-functionally and can influence stakeholders without relying on hierarchy
• You’re hands‑on, pragmatic, and comfortable in a scaling environment
• You’re fluent in English
• You’re open to occasional travel
