Emma - The Sleep Company is seeking an experienced Head of People Operations Europe to lead day-to-day operations and develop the EU People Operations team, delivering high-quality people processes and strategic initiatives.

You will serve as trusted advisor to the CHRO and senior leaders on labour law, compliance and cross-border HR design, shaping the future of People Operations and partnering with external providers and internal Excellence teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of HR/People Ops experience across EU jurisdictions.
• Proven experience leading a team and driving engagement.
• Ability to navigate different country contexts and manage projects autonomously.
• Strong business acumen with compliance focus.
• Experience with external providers (payroll, legal, EOR).
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
• Experience with HR platforms such as Personio, Remote, and Perk is a plus.
