Revolut is seeking a Risk Manager to identify and quantify ESG risk within the second line of defence. You’ll develop frameworks, set standards, and collaborate across functions to ensure robust risk controls as Revolut grows globally from Portugal and beyond.

The role requires hands-on experience in ESG/climate risk, stress testing, and data-driven analysis. You’ll engage senior stakeholders and contribute to risk governance across products and regions.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in ESG or climate risk management.
• Experience developing climate risk stress tests.
• Understanding global financial markets and ESG connections.
• Knowledge of ESG regulations and financial services impact.
• Ability to break down complex problems and work with data.

Responsabilidades

• Develop ESG risk management frameworks.
• Set standards for managing ESG risk and stress testing capabilities.
• Develop and maintain risk policies, procedures, limits, analytics, and reporting infrastructure.
• Engage first-line businesses to identify, monitor, and govern emerging ESG risks.
• Model ESG risks under climate stress scenarios with appropriate assumptions and calibrations.
• Monitor ESG risk exposures vs. limits, investigate risk events, and escalate breaches.
