Norfin is launching a Sustainability & ESG Analyst Intern role based in Lisbon with a full-time schedule and the possibility to work remotely three days per week. The intern will support the ESG strategy, reporting and data analytics across the real estate portfolio, contributing to climate risk assessments and responsible investment practices.

• Strong interest in sustainability, ESG and responsible investment.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Support the ESG strategy implementation across the business and portfolio.
• Assist in Sustainability Report, SFDR disclosures and ESG reporting.
• Collect, validate, analyze and report ESG data and KPIs.
• Help identify climate-related risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to prepare analyses, presentations and communications.

Sustainability & ESG Analyst Intern (Professional Internship)

Main Tasks:

• Support the implementation and integration of Norfin’s ESG Strategy across the business and real estate portfolio, contributing to the delivery of sustainability objectives and action plan;
• Assist in the preparation and update of the Sustainability Report, SFDR disclosures, and other internal and external ESG reporting requirements;
• Support the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of ESG data, KPIs, and sustainability performance indicators across development and yielding assets;
• Assist in the identification and assessment of climate-related risks and opportunities;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the preparation of analyses, presentations, and communications related to sustainability and responsible investment practices.

Role Requirements

• Recent degree or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management or a related field;
• 1 or 2 years of experience in the area;
• Eligible for a Professional Internship programme;
• Strong interest in sustainability, ESG, and responsible investment practices;
• Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability regulations is considered an advantage;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret and manage data;
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;

Location and Schedule

Full-time position based in Lisbon, with the possibility of remote work 3 days per week.
