Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Communications Psychology or Sociology

• Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
• Ability to maintain a neutral stance while enforcing community guidelines
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience moderating online communities or social media platforms
• Fluency in multiple languages
