We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Moderator to join our team in Lisbon Portugal As a Moderator you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online forums social media platforms and other online communities to ensure they are following community guidelines and maintaining a positive environment You will also be responsible for responding to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in community management or moderation
• Strong understanding of online moderation best practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in social media platforms and online forums
• Fluent in English additional languages are a plus
