Moderator (Lisbon, Portugal)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and responsible individual to join our team as a Moderator in Lisbon. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities and forums to ensure that they are safe, engaging, and free from any inappropriate content. This is a full-time job with accommodation provided and suitable for students.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring online forums and communities to ensure compliance with rules and guidelines
• Responding to user inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Reviewing user-generated content for appropriateness and taking necessary actions such as editing or removing content
• Identifying trends or issues within the community and providing recommendations for improvement
• Working closely with other team members to develop strategies for community growth and engagement

Requirements
