Sectra Iberia is seeking a recent technology graduate to join the Customer Operations team as a system engineer. You will install, configure and support Sectra healthcare IT solutions for hospital environments, collaborating with project managers and application specialists.

You will develop a strong understanding of hospital IT systems and interoperability standards while communicating in English and Portuguese, traveling to customer sites as needed to ensure smooth deployments and high service

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s in biomedical engineering, IT or equivalent with strong academics.
• Genuine interest in IT and willingness to learn more in healthcare.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese.
• Available to travel to customer sites as needed (Portugal, Spain, etc.).
• Strategic doer with a drive to meet targets and make an impact.
• Strong organizational, social and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure and upgrade Sectra solutions.
• Plan and perform technical deployment activities.
• Communicate with the technical counterparts of customers.
• Escalate, own, and drive issue resolution through appropriate channels.
• Keep customers happy and productive by professional conduct and proactive monitoring.
• Provide remote diagnostic support using latest remote access tech.
• Interface with third-party suppliers to support hardware solutions.
• Contribute to maintaining a high service level for existing customers.
