Wire IT in Portugal is seeking an Enterprise Field Engineer to join our remote European team. You will engage with enterprise customers, deliver technical advisory, and contribute to architecture and implementation decisions.

You will work across cloud-native environments, ensure GDPR compliance, and manage multiple engagements with stakeholders. Fluent English and additional European language skills are a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering technical advisory or consulting engagements for enterprise customers.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe CX Enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of RTCDP, AJO, CJA, AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Workfront, CSC, or EDS.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in customer-facing environments with technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments and GDPR requirements.
• Adobe certifications are a plus.
• Fluent English communication; additional European languages are a plus.

Role: Enterprise Field Engineer

Location: Remote, Europe

Required skills:

• Experience delivering technical advisory or consulting engagements for enterprise customers;
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe CX Enterprise solutions;
• Experience with solutions such as RTCDP, AJO, CJA, AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Workfront, CSC, or EDS;
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation processes;
• Experience conducting structured technical assessments and presenting recommendations to stakeholders;
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation, roadmaps, and recommendation reports;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience working in customer-facing environments with technical and business teams;
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments and enterprise architectures;
• Understanding of data governance and GDPR requirements;
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and shifting priorities;
• Adobe certifications are a plus;
• Fluent English communication skills;
• Additional European languages such as Spanish, German, French, Dutch, or Italian are a plus.
