Brisa Group is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Senior Specialist to shape the evolution of its application landscape, collaborating with Group businesses and corporate functions across Portugal and internationally. You will establish and lead enterprise architecture governance, drive portfolio rationalization, and develop roadmaps aligned with business priorities.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture
• Experience implementing EA governance, principles, standards and processes
• Strong in Application Portfolio Management and portfolio rationalization
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks and modelling languages (TOGAF, ArchiMate, C4, UML)
• Experience with Cloud and Hybrid architectures (Azure and/or AWS) and integration patterns
• Experience with LeanIX or equivalent tools; knowledge of DDD, distributed architectures, generative AI a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; fluent English

Responsabilidades

• Establish and lead EA governance, defining principles, standards, methodologies and review processes
• Drive rationalization and evolution of the application portfolio across the Group
• Implement and operationalize Application Portfolio Management practices and tools
• Act as Solution Architect in complex, cross-functional initiatives with High Level Designs
• Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business priorities and technology evolution
• Support technology, platform and vendor decisions with structured option analyses
• Promote AI, automation and emerging tech within Enterprise Architecture
• Collaborate with Technology & Systems teams, business stakeholders and external partners
