Findmore Consulting S.A. is expanding its AI architecture leadership to shape the Balance Sheet Modelling platform. You will drive the target architecture, coordinate across data, security and integration teams, and steer the evaluation of AI vendors and operating models.

Ideal candidates have enterprise AI architecture experience, strong governance skills and a track record delivering complex AI initiatives in financial contexts. EU availability is required.

Qualificações

• Proven track record in enterprise AI architecture and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of AI ecosystems, including LLMs and machine learning.
• Experience defining architecture standards and governance frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Define and govern the target AI architecture for Balance Sheet Modelling.

• Define architecture transition states and support evolution toward target architecture.
• Evaluate AI operating model options and recommend approaches.
• Provide architecture support for Balance Sheet Modelling initiatives.
• Assess build, buy and hybrid approaches for AI solutions.

• Assess AI vendors and contribute to operating model design.
• Ensure alignment between AI architecture, data, integration, security and business requirements.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Define and govern the target AI architecture for Balance Sheet Modelling
• Lead AI solution architecture and define the delivery roadmap
• Define architecture transition states and support the evolution towards the target architecture
• Evaluate AI operating model options and recommend the most appropriate approach
• Provide architecture support for Balance Sheet Modelling initiatives
• Assess build, buy and hybrid approaches for AI solutions
• Define design standards and governance frameworks for AI solutions
• Assess AI vendors and contribute to operating model design
• Ensure alignment between AI architecture, data, integration, security and business requirements

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Enterprise AI Architecture
• Strong knowledge of AI ecosystems, including LLMs and Machine Learning
• Strong understanding of AI solution architecture
• Good knowledge of data architecture and integration
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security and AI risk management
• Experience with Agentic AI / Agentic Operating Model design
• Experience assessing AI vendors and technology solutions
• Ability to define architecture roadmaps and transition states
• Ability to develop architecture standards and governance frameworks
• Strong understanding of build, buy and hybrid technology strategie

Nice to Have:

• Experience in financial services or banking environments
• Experience with Balance Sheet Modelling or similar financial modelling domains
• Experience with large-scale enterprise AI transformation initiatives
• Experience working with multiple AI/LLM vendors and platforms
• Experience defining AI governance and risk frameworks in regulated environments
• Experience leading cross-functional architecture initiatives

Other Requirements:

• Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
• Customer focus and service delivery;
• Availability to work in EU.
