• Mid to senior level with hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with agentic frameworks and ability to define their architecture and operating model.
• Solid knowledge of AI governance: standards, security, controls, and internal adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and map the existing AI landscape across teams to identify needs.
• Build an actionable AI enablement framework with measurable success criteria and KPIs.
• Architect agentic frameworks and define their architecture and operating model.
• Implement AI governance standards, security controls, and internal adoption strategy.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Pilot AI enablement projects and scale successful initiatives across departments.
• Contribute to potential implementation of an AI Gateway to manage multiple LLMs.
• Support the growth of the AI Enablement team and contribute to long-term AI strategy.
