Air Apps in Lisbon is seeking a Software Architect / Solutions Architect to define and oversee the overall system architecture for our AI-powered platform. You will collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in system design, cloud computing, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching strategies, and data pipelines.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, API design, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of security best practices, identity management, and encryption techniques.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs in architectural decisions balancing scalability, cost, and complexity.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong communication skills to explain complex architectural concepts to stakeholders.
