act digital is seeking an AI Engineer to design and develop components enabling interactions between AI Agents, MCP Server capabilities, and enterprise tool integrations. You will contribute to orchestration services, event-driven APIs, and secure access to enterprise data within a modular AI platform.

The role focuses on building scalable backend services in Java or Python, integrating with Kafka, databases, and cloud services, and advancing AI governance and secure implementations.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with Java.
• Experience with Python (highly valued).
• Experience building backend APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs.
• Experience with asynchronous and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Professional English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain MCP Servers and AI Platform services.
• Build integrations between AI Agents and enterprise applications.
• Design modular APIs and service orchestration layers.
• Implement tool connectors and structured action frameworks.
• Develop context management and context retrieval services.
• Contribute to the evolution of the platform architecture.
• Build scalable backend services using Java and/or Python.
• Design asynchronous and event-driven architectures.
• Integrate APIs, Kafka, databases, and cloud services.
• Optimize performance, observability, and reliability.
• Integrate LLMs into enterprise workflows.
• Work with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Improve context management and agent orchestration capabilities.
• Contribute to AI governance and secure AI implementation practices.
