emagine seeks a Senior AI Platform Engineer to join the DevEx team as a founding member of the Engineering Intelligence center. You will architect AI-native workflows, build primitives, and define agentic frameworks that reshape how hundreds of engineers interact with the codebase.

You will design Skills, Agents, and Commands, integrate with MCP, and lead an internal developer marketplace and multi-target CLI while tracking engineering health metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software engineering experience (Backend, DevOps, or Platform) with a track record of building maintainable, scalable tools for other developers.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in the AI/Agentic space. Deep context on LLM orchestration, agentic framework design, and the integration of AI into developer workflows.
• High proficiency across Bash, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Go (or similar) depending on the environment.
• Deep understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol), plugin architectures, and the design of developer-facing Skills, Agents, and Commands.
• Systems Thinking: translate complex manual processes into automated, agentic constructs.
• Strategic Communication: collect feedback, drive meetings, and influence roadmaps through technical credibility and data-driven arguments.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement complex AI-native workflows, including multi-agent systems and orchestration.
• Define core constructs for Skills, Agents, and Commands that automate and reinvent the developer lifecycle.
• Leverage Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect internal toolchain into a unified context for AI agents.
• Lead the evolution of an internal developer marketplace/framework and a multi-target CLI.
• Define telemetry and signals to track engineering health (e.g., DORA and SPACE metrics) and identify bottlenecks.
• Drive AI-native workflow adoption through PoCs, stakeholder feedback, and consultancy to other R&D teams.
• Optimize the agentic development flow to ensure high-fidelity context and faster, more accurate execution.
