emagine is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to help build the Engineering Intelligence center within our R&D org. You will architect AI-native workflows, design primitives for agents, commands, and skills, and empower hundreds of engineers to interact with the codebase more effectively.

You'll advance multi-agent orchestration, integrate with the MCP, and lead an internal marketplace and multi-target CLI while tracking engineering health with telemetry and metrics to drive better

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in AI/Agentic space with LLM orchestration.
• Deep understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and plugin architectures.
• Ability to translate complex manual processes into automated agentic constructs.
• Strategic communication to influence roadmaps through data-driven arguments.

Responsabilidades

• Architect AI-native workflows including multi-agent orchestration and RAG.
• Define core constructs for Skills, Agents, and Commands to automate the developer lifecycle.
• Integrate with the MCP to connect tooling into a unified, actionable context for AI agents.
• Develop internal marketplace and a multi-target CLI for developers at scale.
• Produce telemetry to track engineering health (DORA/SPACE) and identify bottlenecks for cost of inaction analysis.
• Lead PoCs and advise other R&D teams to foster adoption of AI-native workflows.
• Optimize the developer cycle to improve speed and accuracy of agentic workflows.
