American Social Media Platform in Portugal is seeking an Agency Client Partner to be the primary liaison between agencies and clients. You will cultivate relationships, translate client needs into actionable plans, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver results in English and German.

This role offers relocation support to Portugal, private accommodation, covered utilities, annual flights home, social activities, language lessons, and strong performance bonuses averaging €2,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C2) and English (B2).

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

As an Agency Client Partner, you are the primary point of contact between the agency and its clients. You are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding clients' needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management skills, and a deep understanding of marketing principles.

Responsibilities

Engage Creatively: Connect with agencies and clients through personalized communication via phone, email, video calls, and LinkedIn to ensure impactful interactions in English and German. Lead Outreach Efforts: Drive business growth by proactively initiating outbound calls and creating opportunities to expand relationships. Be the Trusted Advisor: Serve as the go-to contact for agencies and clients, fostering trust and ensuring their needs are met with excellence.

Build Lasting Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture strong, meaningful relationships with agencies and clients, becoming an essential part of their success stories. Sales Experience or related: Do you have any kind of experience with customers? Are you a natural communicator? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a professional and friendly manner. C2 level of German, B2 level of English. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other associates to achieve sales goals.
