Qualificações

• Experiência em vendas e/ou marketing digital de 3 anos.
• Proficiente em inglês (nível B2) e alemão (nível C2).

• Gerenciar um portfólio de pequenos clientes para aumentar sua receita.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Pro, your role will be dynamic and impactful, involving:

• Building Connections: Reach out to new and existing clients through calls and emails, uncovering opportunities to boost their success.
• Driving Growth: Manage a portfolio of small business clients, helping them thrive by increasing their revenue through tailored strategies.
• Market Expertise: Dive deep into industry trends, market dynamics, and client business models to provide insightful recommendations.
• Customized Solutions: Identify opportunities and craft personalized advertising solutions to help clients achieve their unique goals.
• Ongoing Partnership: Engage proactively with clients, tracking product performance, sharing insights, and tuning strategies for maximum impact.
• Becoming a Specialist: Master our client’s advertising tools and offerings to deliver cutting-edge solutions and guidance.

• Sales Experience or related: 3+ years of experience in outbound sales and/or digital marketing.
• Passion for advertising and sales.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Skilled in delivering impactful client presentations backed by data.
• Proficient in English (B2 level).
• C2 level of German
• Quick learner, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
• Organized, punctual, and self-driven

• Relocation package: refund the initial flight ticket after 6 months in the company.
