You will handle end-to-end troubleshooting via email and chat, collaborating with Product Operations and Engineering to resolve queries, and driving customer satisfaction across the full case journey.

Required: experience in paid campaign management, a marketing degree, digital marketing background, and fluency in Arabic (C1) and English (B2).

6 months

Schedule:

Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts between 07:00–19:00 (07:00–16:00 / 10:00–19:00). Future shift: 24/7 rotative with 2 rotative days off
