Ersilia partners with a leading global CX provider to recruit English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role operates on a 24/7 rotating shift. You’ll assist both consumers and business users while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies.

The role focuses on resolving inquiries, guiding users, and delivering high-quality support. A dynamic, international environment in Lisbon offers training and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interest in AI and new technologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and comfortable troubleshooting issues.
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment.

We're partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting an innovative international company developing some of the world’s most advanced AI and generative AI technologies.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position operating on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, with schedules provided in advance. You’ll support both consumers and business users while gaining hands-on experience within the rapidly evolving AI industry.

Your Role:

• Support customers across multiple communication channels

• Resolve billing, invoicing and account access enquiries

• Troubleshoot platform and product-related issues

• Guide customers on using products and features effectively

• Deliver timely, accurate and high-quality customer support

Your Qualifications:

• Fluent English, written and spoken

• Strong interest in AI and new technologies

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-focused and comfortable troubleshooting issues
