Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks an English-speaking Sales Advisor for Retail Partnerships. You will onboard new partners, keep them informed about promotions and product updates, and provide sales materials and training.

You will monitor partner performance, identify where support is needed, and suggest practical ways to grow sales together. You will manage several partners, tracking agreements, targets, and follow-ups, with some weekend work expected.

Formación

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• At least 1 year of professional sales or account management experience, ideally in retail, partnerships or B2B.
• Includes some weekends in schedule.

About the role

We are recruiting an English-speaking Sales Advisor for Retail Partnerships in Lisbon. You will manage relationships with partner businesses that sell our products alongside their own, which means you are part of their day-to-day success as well as ours. Your responsibilities include onboarding new partners, keeping them informed about promotions and product updates, and supporting them with sales materials and training.

You will also monitor partner performance, identify where additional support is needed and suggest practical ways to grow sales together. Strong interpersonal skills and organisation are essential, as you will manage several partners at once and keep track of agreements, targets and follow-ups.

Requirements

• fluent English at C1 level or higher, which is the minimum for this role.
• You must have at least one year of professional sales or account management experience, ideally in retail, partnerships or business-to-business settings.
• Including some weekends is part of the schedule.
