DataCamp in Portugal is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the teams building the systems powering the learning platform. You’ll partner with Product and Design to shape direction, drive execution, and raise the bar on quality and speed.

You’ll manage a cross-functional product engineering team, ensure high-quality software, and steer the technical roadmap with AI-native tooling at the core. You’ll foster ownership, accountability, and scalable engineering practices across the team.

Qualificações

• 7+ years building software across the stack.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Strong communication across Product, Design and Data.
• Experience with TS/Node.js/React is a plus.
• Experience with AI-native tooling is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-performing full-stack team with ownership and accountability.
• Drive end-to-end software delivery with a focus on quality and performance.
• Raise the bar for agentic tooling to prototype faster and improve quality.
