act digital in Lisbon is seeking a Mid Production Support Engineer to help keep critical production systems stable and highly available in a banking and leasing environment.

You'll monitor environments, manage batch processing with Control-M and VTOM, handle incidents, coordinate file transfers, and support production releases in a collaborative, international team with a hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• Experience with Linux, Windows, or Open Systems environments.
• Knowledge of batch scheduling and workload automation tools such as Control-M and/or VTOM.
• Understanding of file transfer technologies including Axway CFT, OpenSSH, or XDI.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Zabbix, Carine, or Dynatrace.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL-based support processes.
• Exposure to middleware technologies including Tomcat and Apache.
• Basic scripting and command-line skills.
• Understanding of DevOps, production support, incident management, and operational best practices.
• Strong communication skills, proactivity, rigor, reporting mindset, and teamwork capabilities.
