Beyond Gravity in Lisbon is seeking an IT Workplace Engineer to design, deploy, and support the modern digital workplace for end-users across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. You will ensure a secure, high-quality experience and serve as a 3rd line escalation for complex workplace incidents.

The role focuses on endpoint management, identity and security, and automation using PowerShell. Experience with VDI/DaaS (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix) and collaboration with Security teams is

Qualificações

• Must have a technical degree (university level).
• Appropriate technical experience and strong IT skills.
• Experience with VDI/DaaS solutions (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix).
• Familiarity with security frameworks (Zero Trust, CIS, ISO 27001).
• Experience supporting hybrid or remote-first workforces.
• Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and support the end-user computing environment.
• Bridge engineering and operations for secure, modern digital workplace.
• Administer and optimize endpoint management platforms (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM).
• Manage OS deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Implement security and conditional access policies for endpoints.
• Collaborate on identity, security, and access governance.
