Conclusion Lifecycle is seeking a Senior Workplace Engineer to strengthen our Hybrid Device team in Portugal. You will design, implement, and manage modern workplace and endpoint management solutions focused on Microsoft technologies, with automation via PowerShell.

The role requires senior experience in Hybrid Device or Modern Workplace engineering, plus expertise in MDM/MAM concepts, Windows endpoint management, and English fluency. Remote work possibilities and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in Hybrid Device or Modern Workplace engineering.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experienced with MDM/MAM concepts and enterprise device management strategies.
• Knowledge of Windows endpoint management; macOS experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage hybrid and cloud-based device management solutions.
• Administer and optimise MDM/MAM environments, ensuring secure and compliant endpoint configurations.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate device management, configuration, and reporting tasks.
• Support and enhance endpoint security and policy enforcement using tools such as Inforcer.
• Contribute to CI/CD and automation initiatives, including integration with Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support standardisation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of endpoint platforms.
