Qualificações

• 1-3 years in order entry experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Office, Salesforce, and inventory systems.
• Experience with Google Sheets, pivot tables, and X-lookup.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organization with multitasking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in a flat organization.

Responsabilidades

• Process end-to-end order lifecycle with precision.
• Handle warranty RMAs and rate plan changes.
• Create accounts and databases for customers.
• Document all steps in Salesforce and SLAs.
• Collaborate with AR, Fulfillment, and other partners.
• Utilize Salesforce and carrier systems.
• Manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels.
