Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients on Meta.
• Build creative testing roadmaps and analyze what’s working.
• Manage ad budgets ranging from thousands to millions per client.
• Diagnose full funnel issues across creative, offer, or conversion.
• Communicate results, plans, and next steps with clients.
• Collaborate with UGC creators: source talent, scripts, direction.
