Concentrix Portugal in Porto, on-site, is seeking a Customer & Technical Support Specialist to provide care and technical assistance for medical devices across European markets.

You will handle multi-channel support (calls, email, chat, SMS), document interactions in English, and follow regulatory procedures to ensure safety and quality. A French language plus English proficiency is required, with strong customer service orientation.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) with C1 English proficiency.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication.
• Ability to stay calm under stress and adapt to change.
• Bonus: knowledge in healthcare, diabetes devices or technical support.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical diabetes devices, consumables and accessories.
• Manage order intake and renewals in compliance with company guidelines.
• Assist customers with product usage and ordering through multichannel support (calls, email, chat, and SMS).
• Accurately document all customer contacts in English.
• Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure regulatory and safety standards.
