TeamViewer is seeking a Team Lead - Customer Renewal for the EMEA region in Porto, Portugal. You will lead a renewal-focused team, drive strategies to maximize retention and renewal revenue, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Finance to align goals across the region.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in customer success or renewals, with at least 3 years in leadership, strong SaaS expertise, and fluent English.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
5+ years in customer success, renewals, or account management; at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in renewal performance improvement and churn reduction.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with CRM and renewal tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar).
Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

Lead and coach a team of renewal specialists across the EMEA region.
Develop and implement strategies to improve renewal rates and customer retention.
Monitor team performance and KPIs, providing regular feedback and support.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to align renewal processes and goals.
Identify at-risk accounts and support proactive engagement strategies.
Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of renewal pipeline and outcomes.
Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and scalability.
Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions and initiatives.
