Job summary

ERM is seeking a proactive HR Project Manager for a 12-month secondment to join our EMEA HR team. You will lead and coordinate regional HR projects across the employee lifecycle, from scoping to closure, collaborating with HR colleagues, business leaders and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities include developing plans, governance, and communications, while assessing impacts on people, processes and technology and driving adoption across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR, people, or transformation projects.
• Strong governance, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects within tight timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across countries and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR projects from scoping and planning to implementation and closure.
• Define objectives, scope, deliverables, governance and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain project plans with milestones and resources.
• Coordinate activities across HR partners, COEs, and operations.
• Prepare updates and recommendations for sponsors and stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify risks, insights and opportunities.
• Assess impacts on people, processes and technology.
• Develop engagement, training and adoption activities.
• Monitor progress, adoption and benefits, taking corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and data privacy.
