Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Data & Transformation Project Manager, EMEA (French language) to drive data capabilities across Europe. You will lead cross-functional teams in Research, BI, Data Operations, and business lines, focusing on AI-enabled tools, data quality, and adoption across the full data lifecycle.

You will design better data processes, manage change, and ensure stakeholder alignment, enabling business teams to consume data effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, PM, Data applied to Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years in commercial real estate, consulting, data project management, or operational roles with AI exposure.
• Experience leading transformation or change management projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of data models and SQL querying, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate data issues for business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data projects across the EMEA region, including AI and automation initiatives.
• Lead innovation and transformation projects from scoping to measurable impact.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize data tools and processes.
• Structure and maximize the value of real estate data for Business, Research, and Transaction Services.
• Improve end-to-end data lifecycle from entry to reporting to consumption.
• Manage and improve data quality; investigate, validate, and resolve issues.
• Support deployment of new tools with training, comms plans, and stakeholder alignment.
• Anticipate and manage resistance to change across business lines and maturity levels.
• Develop strong relationships with Research, Data, Innovation, and Business teams across France and wider EMEA.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
