Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Data & Transformation Project Manager for EMEA to drive data capability transformation across Europe, leading cross-functional teams including Research, BI, and Data Operations, with a focus on AI-enabled tools and data quality.

You will act as a bridge between business and data teams, design better data processes, manage change, and ensure adoption across France and the wider EMEA region, while coordinating multiple projects and communicating progress to senior

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Real Estate, Data, or related).
5–10 years in commercial real estate, consulting, data project management, or related roles.
Experience leading transformation/change management projects and tool adoption.
Solid understanding of data models with ability to query data using SQL.

Responsibilities

Lead data projects across the EMEA region, including AI & automation initiatives.
Deliver innovation and transformation projects from scoping to measurable impact.
Identify opportunities to optimize data tools and processes to boost analytics.
Structure and maximize value of real estate data used by cross-functional teams.
Improve end-to-end data lifecycle from entry to reporting and usage by teams.
Manage data quality; investigate, validate, and resolve issues.
Support deployment of new tools with structured change management: training & comms.
