Job summary

Algomarketing Ltd. is seeking an experienced EMEA Affiliate Marketing Specialist to lead day-to-day delivery of the established affiliate programme for a global consumer-facing organisation.

Based in Lisbon, you will be the main point of contact for affiliate partners and networks, coordinating commercial activity to drive sales across EMEA. You will translate quarterly and annual plans into concrete delivery actions, manage partner performance, and ensure compliance, data integrity and timely

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in affiliate or partner marketing.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms.
• Strong commercial and analytical judgement including sales forecasting and performance-data auditing.
• Advanced Excel; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Programme-management experience turning strategy into delivery.
• Experience negotiating commissions and promotions with affiliate partners.
• Good knowledge of the affiliate ecosystem and compliance.
• Fluent English; additional EMEA languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for affiliate partners, networks and platforms.
• Negotiate commission structures, placements and promotional opportunities that support commercial goals.
• Build strong partner relationships through regular communication, performance reviews and joint planning.
• Plan and coordinate direct marketing activity with partners, including site placements, takeovers and partner email campaigns.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external platform teams to ensure effective programme delivery.
• Track revenue, conversions, cost per acquisition and other key performance metrics across partners and markets.
• Forecast sales and audit performance data to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
• Turn data into regular, actionable insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain reporting using Excel, spreadsheets and, where relevant, SQL-based tools.
• Manage tracking links, partner placements and promotional codes through affiliate network platforms.
• Oversee partner payouts, ensuring they are accurate and completed on time.
• Monitor compliance with programme terms and brand guidelines, escalating fraud or policy concerns where needed.
• Translate strategy into clear delivery plans, tracking milestones and raising risks early.
