Job summary

emobi is seeking an Affiliate Manager to manage and grow our affiliate portfolio across Europe and MENA. You will maintain partner relationships, optimize performance, and support landing page tests while exploring business development opportunities.

Strong preference for candidates with VAS/mVAS experience and fluency in English. This role focuses on day-to-day affiliate management, performance optimization, and compliance, with growth initiatives to scale top partners and expand GEOs.

Qualifications

1–2+ years in affiliate marketing or affiliate account management.
Experience in mobile VAS / mVAS / subscription-based digital products.
Hands-on experience with an affiliate tracking platform (Trackier, Affise, HasOffers).
Understanding of CPA / RS models, caps, payouts, and postbacks.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with spreadsheets and performance reports.
Fluent English (written and spoken) and CET time zone availability.

Responsibilities

Act as day-to-day contact for an assigned portfolio of existing affiliate partners.
Maintain caps, payouts, routing, and offer setup in Trackier and internal tools.
Coordinate launches of new offers and GEOs with partners; check tracking and postbacks.
Prepare payment runs and reconcile partner invoices; monitor volume, ROI, and margins.
Spot underperforming partners and propose fixes; scale high performers.
Run growth initiatives with partners: incentives, new GEOs and offers.
Monitor complaints, fraud signals, and compliance; take escalation actions as needed.
Collect landing page feedback, suggest tests, and help with briefs and evaluation.
Source and pre-qualify potential new affiliate partners and keep pipeline updated.
