Job summary

Kwanko in Lisbon seeks a proactive Campaign Manager to drive performance marketing campaigns across advertisers and publishers. You will optimize campaigns, craft action plans, proposals and operational tasks, and report results.

You will manage advertiser relations, analyze outcomes, and ensure customer satisfaction, while guiding publishers from display to cashback and promo sites. Daily team meetings and an active network-building mindset are essential, with a bilingual English requirement

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is mandatory.
• Additional languages (Portuguese, French, German, Italian or Spanish) are a plus.
• Strong commercial sense and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Campaign management: optimize performance marketing campaigns, develop action plans, proposals, tasks and reporting.
• Collaborate with advertisers to manage relationships, analyze results and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage publishers' relationships: advice, negotiation, loyalty of top publishers, invoices.
• Engage with publishers across display, retargeting, influence, cashback, promo codes, sites, comparison sites, emailing and social media.
• Monitor real-time statistics and optimize campaign assets, anticipating issues across the market.
• Attend daily team meetings and expand network to improve loyalty among publishers and clients.
