Vector Synergy in the Lisbon region is seeking an experienced training specialist to integrate the EMO Strategic Training Plan (STP) into follow-up actions and development activities as directed by the DDO Coherence Officer.

You will draft the EMO Baseline Report under guidance and support the development of the EMO Training Requirements Analysis (TRA) and the accompanying TRA Report, ensuring alignment with NATO Secret standards.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in training programme development, delivery, or evaluation.
• Competence in instructional techniques and in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Performance Objectives (POs).
• Experience organizing conferences, workshops, or small professional events.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrated competence in instructional techniques and in the development of training requirements, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Performance Objectives (POs) ;
