Multinational Defence Organisation seeks an officer to convert a new electromagnetic operations training plan from paper into delivery. You will turn the plan into follow-up actions and development work under the coherence lead, drafting the discipline baseline report and supporting the requirements analysis.

You will also plan and run training needs analyses, identify audiences across HQs and facilities, and coordinate with neighbouring disciplines to prevent duplication.

Qualificações

• Experience creating and delivering training in electromagnetics or related defence domains.
• Structured approach to training design (systems approach or equivalent).
• Track record of developing or evaluating training programmes with demonstrable instructional techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Turn the new training plan into actionable development work under the coherence lead.
• Draft the discipline baseline report and support requirements analysis reports.
• Plan and run training needs analyses to close identified gaps.
• Identify audiences across headquarters, commands and facilities and coordinate with neighbouring disciplines.
• Plan and deliver the inaugural kick-off meeting and requirements workshop.
• Produce monthly situation reporting and quarterly programme of work reports.
