Yazaki North America, Inc. seeks an ECS Quality Complaint Specialist to manage customer claims, develop 3D/8D reports, and drive corrective actions at our plant. You will coordinate sorting, report outcomes to customers, and ensure adherence to Yazaki quality targets.

The role requires fluent English, knowledge of IATF16964 and VDA systems, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills to reduce claims and support global quality programs.

Formación

• High School diploma required.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

• Understanding of VDA quality system.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer claim action plans and 3D/8D reports.
• Receive customer concerns and route to production.
• Establish and follow up on action plans.
• Report 3D/8D results to customers and monitor progress.
• Coordinate sorting activities and cost follow-up.
• Monitor claims in GQRS and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Support improvement initiatives and supplier quality development.
