BrickRed Systems is seeking a Sr Manager, E-Commerce to own the development, performance, scalability, and optimization of global eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of experience managing or owning eCommerce platforms, with deep CRO, UX, and platform-architecture expertise, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams and vendor programs.

You will shape platform roadmaps, drive enhancements, oversee integrations, and collaborate with IT, Marketing, and agencies

• Experience with Magento, Shopify, or equivalent platforms.
• Proven experience in CRO and eCommerce performance improvement.
