Goodfashion Group in Lisbon is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to support three fashion brands. You will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager, handling day‑to‑day store management and deep performance analyses, turning data into actionable improvements.

The role offers real ownership across the brands and variety across tasks such as listings, content, and campaigns. The hybrid role based in Lisbon: one day on-site per week, rest from home.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or coordination.
• Hands-on Shopify experience; familiarity with Klaviyo and merchandising tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights.
• Bachelor or Master in a relevant field with above-average results.
• Organised, process-driven, able to juggle multiple brands.
• Excellent written English; German or Dutch is a plus.
• Based in the Lisbon area with a valid EU work permit.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain product listings across Shopify webshops with accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate product image production — briefing, tracking, and publishing assets.
• Keep the stores healthy: translations, FAQ updates, content consistency, UX hygiene.
• Manage tools including Klaviyo, Symprosis, merchandising apps, review platforms, and social media integrations.
• Coordinate paid advertising with our external freelancer, tracking performance and timelines.
• Run regular and ad-hoc deep-dive analyses — conversion data, product performance, campaign results, customer behaviour — and turn findings into clear recommendations.
