Goodfashion Group in Lisbon is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to manage product listings across Shopify stores for Kings of Indigo, Stapf, and Felicitas.

You will coordinate image production, translations, and content UX, while analyzing performance and guiding paid advertising with a freelancer. A strong sense of organization and English writing skills are essential; German or Dutch is a bonus.

The role is hybrid, based in Lisbon, with 1 day on-site and remote the rest.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or coordination, ideally in fashion or retail.
• Hands-on Shopify experience; familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, review apps, or merchandising platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset; structure findings into actionable insights.
• Bachelor or Master in a relevant field with above-average results.
• Organised, process-driven, and able to juggle multiple brands and priorities.
• Excellent written English; German or Dutch is a plus.
• Based in the Lisbon area with a valid EU work permit — both are required.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain product listings across Shopify webshops with accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate product image production — briefing, tracking, and publishing assets.
• Keep stores healthy: translations, FAQ updates, content consistency, UX hygiene.
• Manage tools including Klaviyo, Symprosis, merchandising apps, review platforms, and social media integrations.
• Coordinate paid advertising with an external freelancer, tracking performance and timelines.
• Run regular and ad-hoc deep-dive analyses — conversion data, product performance, campaign results, customer behaviour — and translate findings into clear recommendations.
