Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to join our nearshore teams serving international clients across the Netherlands, Germany, and other European countries.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes, configure Finance & Operations modules, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations from a functional perspective.
• Proficient in configuring Finance, Supply Chain, or Production modules.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate needs into system solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules, ensuring alignment with business processes.
• Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and propose process improvements and best practices.
• Support testing phases (UAT), training sessions, and end-user adoption.
• Provide functional support and continuous improvement for deployed solutions.
