Job summary

Worldwiders Recruitment in Portugal is seeking a Support Agent who will manage supplier invoices, assist suppliers with questions, and communicate via calls and emails. You will analyze cases, escalate when needed, and coordinate with teams to ensure accurate case resolution.

Full training is provided. Remote work from mainland Portugal is allowed, with accommodation options and a clear, consistent 08:00–17:00 workday. Starting in early November 2026 with potential relocation support.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency (C2) written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Proactive and autonomous approach to work.
• Flexible, resilient, and able to manage cases end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process supplier invoices using internal systems.
• Assist suppliers with invoice-related questions and discrepancies.
• Communicate with suppliers via calls and emails.
• Analyse cases, identify potential issues, and determine escalation.
• Coordinate with relevant teams when further support is required.
• Follow cases through to resolution with accurate records of interactions.
