Talent Search People in Portugal seeks a sales/customer service professional with engineering studies and native Dutch to join the team. You will negotiate contracts, upsell products, and support internal processes using our software.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, experience in sales or customer service, and strong negotiation skills. English B1 is required and a hybrid work arrangement is offered in a multicultural environment with a 1-year contract that can be renewed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or area of study in Engineering.
• Preferable experience in Sales or Customer Service.
• Experience with dealing with software tools.
• Strong negotiation abilities and communication skills.
• Native level Dutch and English at B1 level are required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage to increase the conditions of the contract with existing customers.
• Negotiate prices and terms with clients.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
• Daily contact with customers and use of internal software for processes and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve process quality and adopt new technologies.
